Vegetarian Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients
1 potato
1 broccoli
1 spring onion
3 eggs (or flax seed?)
160 grams of gluten-free breadcrumbs
160 grams of shredded cheese
1 garlic clove
Instructions
Cut only the florets of the broccoli off, about 1 centimeter in, and fry them in a frying pan.
At the same time, microwave the potato until it is done.
In a bowl, mix the florets of the broccoli with the 3 eggs and the breadcrumbs.
Add 1 pureed garlic clove.
Mix in the cheese and mix until the patties are ready.
Chop the potato into small cubes and add them in.
Cut the spring onion fine and knead the mix. If needed, add cold water until it the consistency makes it easy to form patties.
Bake the patties in the frying pan.
