- 1/4 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
- Tzatziki sauce for serving (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
