- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Noodles:

- Cook the fat noodles or linguini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. Marinate the Pork:

- In a bowl, season the thinly sliced pork with powdered ginger, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors infuse.

3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables:

- Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sweet onion and red bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
- Remove the vegetables from the pan and set aside.

4. Cook the Pork:

- In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add the marinated pork slices to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are browned and cooked through.

5. Combine Ingredients:

- Once the pork is cooked, reintroduce the stir-fried vegetables back into the pan. Mix everything together.

6. Add Sauce:

- Pour sweet and sour hot sauce over the pork and vegetable mixture. Adjust the amount according to your spice preference.

7. Finish with Noodles:

- Add the cooked noodles to the pan, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.

8. Garnish and Serve:

- Garnish the stir-fry with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

9. Serve Warm:
